The focus is practical. What actually works in product development, not what sounds right in theory. AI is part of how products get built now — useful when applied thoughtfully, not worth the hype it generates.
How I Got Here
Over two decades building digital products and leading design teams. From defining early-stage products to scaling what's already working — always working between business needs, user experience, and what development can actually deliver.
I've worked with founders shaping early product ideas, collaborated with development agencies on execution, and worked with product teams on prioritization and direction. The common thread has always been the same question: what should we actually build, and why?
When AI tools started emerging, I saw the same pattern in companies and professionals — too much hype, too much fear, and not enough grounded thinking from people who'd actually built things.
My work now includes product advisory, workshops, and mentorship — all focused on what's actually useful. What works, what doesn't, and how to adapt to how the industry is changing without losing what made you good at it.
