Hi, I'm Matej.
For more than 25 years I've worked in product development, UX, and digital products. I've seen multiple industry shifts before — from the move to mobile, to agile becoming standard, to design systems changing how teams work. AI is simply the latest one. Today I help designers and product professionals make sense of change, navigate uncertainty, and make better decisions about where to focus next.
